Beef Steak and Bernaise Sauce

It's like hollandaise sauce but with more herbs. Unfortunately, mine broke while I had heat too hot (medium) near the end. I think I should use hand mixer and less lemon cause it was tart and also start with medium and reduce as it gets hotter.
