Mix rice with oils, then pour hot broth on top of the rice and chopped veggies. Bake for 32 min @ 420F and then let rest for 10 min at room temp. Then fluff and broil for like 4 min.
2 cups rice, 3 cups broth. 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, two of sesame oil, etc.
