  • 200g sugar
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • Half cup butter
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tiny lemon zest
  • Splash of coconut milk
  • borrowed powder sugar from Maria and Alex

9x 13 tray lined with parchment paper and oil

Oven 350F for like 35 minutes until 212F inside
