No coconut, I hate coconut

Made with sub baking powder for baking soda (1 tea) + cream of tarter (½ tea)
Baked kind of mushy
Shake coconut milk cause it can be chunky, esp cheap ones
Mixed liquids into big pot
Mixed butter and egg into sugar in small pot
Mixed fry together into small pot
Added 1 tea almond extract in addition to 1 tea vanilla
Pan then parchment then spray
Didn’t add lemon juice, might be a good idea.
Seems really wet even while cooking. Let it cool to solidify. Internal temp at 45 minutes was 165.
