Pretty dank recipe. I used red lentils, it was a little bit “soupy” but soaked up real well at the end. Finished uncovered. Jenny liked the moderate spiciness of it. Don’t
overdo it though.
Jenny says no cumin in the future,.,. Too heavy and “spiced”.”.

Made 1 cup red lentils with 1.5 cups water that dilutes oyster sauce and some oil, garlic powder, white pepper. In a sauce pan over medium heat. Starting with 8 minutes. Jenny likes it!
