Warm Mushroom Salad

Not sure when we originally had this, I think it was at a restaurant somewhere in SF Bay Area, not sure. Basically a normal salad but served “warm” with cooked mushrooms.

Jenny found the salad to be one-dimensional because it was bitter and overly acidic. I liked it al ot and she liked it mixed with the spiced lentils.

Making it with frisée lettuce and ugly tree oyster mushrooms. Basically just fry oyster mushrooms, toss in salad.
