Stir Fried Bok Choy

Fun twist from Souped Up Recipes

Basically stir fry the sauce (onion then garlic and ginger, then soy sauce and oyster sauce).
Then blanch bok choy (stems first for 30 seconds or 1 minute) for 30 seconds and then toss into sauce. Don’t fry the bok choy, too much work. Just mix into pre-made sauce.

Hella good.
