Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Everything Bagel on “bagel” twice. Once to defrost for cutting. Then again for toasting the middle. Jenny was worried it’d be dry but it was fine.
Classico Organic Tomato Sauce, Garlic, and Herb. Boiled down the jar for like 30 minutes until it was pretty thick. Used a pan cause more surface area for stuff to boil off of. Excellent. Thick, sweet, tangy.
Calabrese Salami from Grocery Outlet. Excellent, chopped it into small slices as topping.
Great with chili pepper flakes and nutritional yeast (braggs’).
