Classic Egg Noodles

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups AP flour (~200g)
  • 1/4 c water
  • 2tsp salt table salt. It was kind of salty, I’d stick with the below measurements of ~2% salt by weight so 0.5-1 tsp.

Also salted the water.

Pretty good through the noodle press.

Tried making wtih 365 Whole Wheat Flour and it was a bit gritty. Would prefer all purpose flour.

Also, the pretty much did not need any extra water. I added one tbsp as recommended previously but even that was too much so I added more flour again.

1 tsp salt was good, I think. Water was kind of salty so I think that was more of a problem.
