Persimmon Salsa

Inspired by the Foodwise recipe for Harvest of the Month

Made for housewarming at Vara. No raw onions, used one dry grown tomato for extra flavor (no watery tomato). No seeds with jalapeño because it was nice and spicy already. Home grown cilantro.
