Marinated Chickpeas

Can be soaked for like 12 hours the day before because it’s crunchy otherwise. Up to 32 hours before it sprouts. After 3 days it gets funky and gross. Too broken down.

  • 1 cup dry chickpeas : 3 cup hot water + salt to taste. Most chickpeas were still under liquid when I opened the pot meaning nothing was dry.
  • Instant pot 45 min high no keep warm
  • A bit soft but not mushy. I’d say go for 35 min next time for more firm or 55 min for complete mush.
