Made this for our housewarming at Vara and it was a hit!

I’d recommend maybe baking in a Dutch oven to keep the steam to make things super soft. I’d also recommend chopping up into slices after it’s baked down with the miso because the skin is pretty tough to chew through when it’s large and one piece.

Made for just us. Used dutch oven and that was nice! Skin was soft and easy to cut through. I recommend glazing only once, not twice in layers. Once is perfectly salty. Any more and it’s too much.
