Tried lassi fresa at Dulce Romero in La Paz of Baja California Mexico and it was very interesting. It had lots of strong cardamom or clove and a smell of star anise so it was like a chai syrup or base. Super interesting. Was a bit strong, so maybe we can make it somewhat weaker?
