Korean Pumpkin Porridge (Hobakjuk)

First had it at Ahjoomah’s Apron in Chicago. No balls, just soup, thick and delicious.

Idea is to steam kabocha until soft, blend, and add a mix of water and sweet rice flour to make it sticky.
