Eggplant Tofu Dish

From Janise of fishcakes of Oahu

Eggplant tofu dish
Sauté garlic, ginger, thai chili
Chop eggplant and tofu till brown
Add shoyu and sugar at the end
Serve over a bed of rice (sticky rice suggestion)
