Lemon Bar
- Use 2 cups of sugar, we used 2.5 and it’s too syrupy and sweet
- We used 4 eggs, it was alright. The custard part seems really syrupy, try 6 eggs next time
- We messed up with the batter crust, mixed in lemon juice instead of butter, still turned out well but we had to broil on high for 2 minutes, no more, it’s burning
- It was a bit sticky on the edges, consider brushing oil on the parchment paper
