Tried to soft boil eggs camping. Eggs were room temp and water was freezing on windy mediocre stove.
9 minutes 4 eggs ½ cup water no ice bath. First egg was soft but test were medium.
Try 7 minutes less water and let sit to cool before peeling.
I think get rid of ice bath and we’ll be perfect.
