Churros we’re super crunchy slightly breaded in sugar and then stuffed with Nutella

Rice pudding was super nice, the foam is like mango and it’s delicious. I want to make. Foamed Catalan cream on top of pudding

Torrija is like a weird cake thing that kind of was deep fried until soft and is super weird but good. Topped with ice cream. The cake was made of like flour, Catalan cream, and bananas.
