Beef Ribs

Placed in oven at 1:30PM @ 250F from frozen
Coated in saltless seasoning (pappys and protein) and rubbed EVOO over
Poured quarter cup water into rim of baking tray, wrapped in heavy duty foil to “steam” the ribs

Checked at 3:10PM and all the water had evaproated. This time I put in maybe half a cup of water. Beef core was at a 120F internal. Seasoning looks fine. Not a lot of juices. The cut is definitely on the cheaper end. Not a lot of meat.

Instapot Leftovers made it super tender over salad
