  • Aromatics: Ginger, Lemon Grass, Onion, Garlic
  • Veggies: Tomato's, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, Brocolli, Cauliflowers, Bok Choy, Eggplant
  • Sauce: oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sambal Oelek, fish sauce, aim for ⅓ cup per 8oz noodles
  • Protein: Tofu, Chicken BLSL
  • Optional: Tomato, Egg, Cornstarch

Season chicken 2-24 hrs early
Moms noodles: separate and soften
Prep sauce
Start with aeromatics in oil
Remove aeromatics, keep oil
Add chicken and tofu in oil and crisp, season
Remove chicken and tofu
Add reinforced aromatics, oil, veggies, season, cover, toss and remove lid to crisp, Remove
Add egg, sugar, and corn starch mix
Fry
Add protein and chop it up
Add noodles, crisp
Add sauce and toss
Add veggies
