Mix Arborio with Farro to get nuttyness
Sub saffron with Tumeric, Paprika, and Cardamom
Sub Oregano with Marjoram, rosemary, sage
Make shrimp sauce (2 cups liquid total, so 2.25 cups liquid boiled)

Frozen veggies

1.3 cups rice to 2 cups of liquid

Salt chicken
Start soup stock if using
Start with meat in oil in dutch oven
Then add veggies (onion, carrot, peppers, mixed)
Then garlic
Then add seasoning
Then add rice, toasted
Tomato paste for 1 minute
Then add liquids (tomato's, stock)
Bake 425* for 20 min
Then fry for like 3 min
Garnish with lemon and green onion, sage and marjoram
